DESCRIPTION:This “taster” day is a chance to learn the basic techniques
  of some traditional coppice crafts either to satisfy your curiosity\, or 
 as a prelude to a more in-depth course.\nThere will be free coffee and tea
  plus copious amounts of biscuits but please bring a packed lunch\, we can
  also light up the BBQ’s so you can cook hot food for lunch if you wish.
  Full toilet facilities on site.\nThe activities available: -\nIntroductio
 n to coppicing\nHurdle Making\nCharcoal Burning\nHedge laying\nWalking Sti
 ck Making \nRustic Hazel Furniture\nBasket Weaving\nPole lathe turning\nSh
 rink Pots (greenwood storage pots)\nButter knife carving\nThe cost for the
  day is £75 and you can choose four different activities from the above l
 ist.\nEach session will last an hour and a half and will give you a taster
  of the craft. Many of the instructors also run day or two-day courses\, s
 o you may want to put your name down for one of those.\nBooking is essenti
