Artist Charcoal Burn

On Sunday 2nd June the Dorset Coppice Group will be doing an Artist Charcoal Burn at our Kiln Site at Venue 234. The Artist Burn will be lit around 09:30 and takes 12 hours, and visitors are welcome through out the burn. We will be producing both Grape Vine and Willow Artist Charcoal during the burn, there will also be Artist Charcoal available on the day. There’s plenty of free parking, both the Classroom and lavatories are wheelchair accessible, though the kiln site is 100m along a  forest track. Dogs are welcome and there are some beautiful woodland walks around the Living Classroom – which will be open the whole day from 10:00 till 16:00.
