A day learning how to use Sweet Chestnut

Cleaving, stripping, shaping and fixing

Using tools such as a froe, and drawknife

This is an entry level beginner’s course for making small gate hurdles for using around the garden keeping unruly plants or pets at bay.

All tools and materials supplied.

Course runs from 10am till 4pm and you should be able to make at least 2 hurdles to take home.

Cost is £100 for non members or £85 for members
